To provide safe, secure, and reliable services to our users, we have established the following basic policy, ensure that all employees are thoroughly informed, and strictly adhere to it.


1. Basic Policy

  1. Our company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, other related laws, and regulations. We also establish internal regulations concerning the protection of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Company Regulations”), implement and maintain them, and continuously strive for improvement.
  2. We establish a management system for personal information protection and ensure that our Company Regulations are known to and followed by all executives and employees.
  3. Personal information is handled within the scope of the purposes explicitly stated to the customers. Except with the consent of the job seekers or for legitimate reasons, we will not disclose or provide personal information provided by job seekers to third parties.
  4. We ensure that personal information is accurate and up to date, and take preventive measures against unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, continuously improving and correcting information security.
  5. We sincerely and promptly respond to inquiries and requests from job seekers regarding personal information, such as disclosure.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

When obtaining personal information from job seekers, we will clearly state the purpose of use in advance and use it within that scope. If it becomes necessary to use personal information beyond the stated purposes, we will notify the job seeker and obtain their consent before proceeding. The purposes of use of personal information held by our company are as follows:

  • To introduce job opportunities that match the job seeker’s preferences and skills.
  • To facilitate appropriate matching with companies.

● Communication and Information Provision to Job Seekers

  • To provide information related to job opportunities, interview schedules, and recruitment processes.
  • To follow up as needed.

● Aptitude Assessment and Skill Evaluation

  • To evaluate skills and aptitudes through assessments and diagnostic tools.

● Contractual and Legal Procedures

  • To perform employment placement contracts and comply with laws and regulations.
  • To manage information as required by the Labor Standards Act and the Employment Security Act.

● Information Sharing with Client Companies

  • To provide resumes, work history, skill information, etc., to client companies, with the job seeker’s consent.

● Post-Service Support

  • To check on job retention status and provide career counseling and support after employment.

● Creation of Statistical Data (Anonymized Information Only)

  • To generate statistical data for service improvement and marketing purposes.
  • To conduct analysis in a manner that does not identify individual job seekers.

● Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • To use personal information as required by laws and regulations.

3. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information

When acquiring personal information, we will clarify the purpose of use to the individual and obtain their consent. Information is collected by lawful and fair means and limited to the minimum necessary to achieve the stated purposes.


4. Provision of Personal Information

Our company will not disclose or provide job seekers’ personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  1. With the customer’s consent.
  2. When required by law.
  3. When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and obtaining consent is difficult.
  4. When outsourcing the handling of personal information to achieve the purposes of use.
  5. When the business is succeeded due to mergers, company splits, business transfers, or other reasons.

Even in cases related to (1), if it is deemed appropriate for our related companies or agents to provide services or respond to inquiries, we may provide personal information such as address, name, and phone number to the relevant parties. Customers may request the cessation of such provision.
